Las cinco familias desalojadas del edificio ubicado en Mier y Pesado número 314, en la colonia del Valle, permanecen desde el pasado 10 de noviembre en un improvisado campamento, en plena calle, y responsabilizan a la dirección Jurídica y de Gobierno de la Delegación Benito Juárez de lo que pueda ocurrirles, sobre todo porque entre los afectados hay niños y adultos mayores.

El edificio en cuestión colinda con el predio donde estuvo el célebre Cine Moderno, el cual fue demolido a principios de 2010 –inicialmente sin el permiso respectivo, según consignó Libre en el Sur en su oportunidad---- para dar lugar a la construcción en la parte posterior de un edificio de departamentos, actualmente en venta, propiedad de la empresa inmobiliaria Baita, que incluso ofrece un conjunto “con patio central”.

María Teresa Vázquez Gómez, una de las madres de familia desalojadas, comenta que el desalojo efectuado por personal de la citada dirección Jurídica, a cuyo frente está Luis Vizcaíno Carmona, con el apoyo de numerosos policías uniformados, se dio “de manera repentina y con lujo de fuerza”, sin que mediara algún aviso o notificación. El argumento oficial, según los vecinos, es que el edificio se encuentra en “alto riesgo”, lo cual no ha sido comprobado, dicen. Aseguran que la propia DBJ ha impedido la realización de un peritaje por parte de la Secretaría de Obras del gobierno del DF.

Aunque “perece obvio” que los promotores del desalojo sean los propietarios del edificio de departamentos recién construido, que se completaría con otra nave en el predio en disputa, los vecinos aseguran que no saben quién esté detrás de esto ni pueden aventurar conjeturas. “Nos alienta que el gobierno central del DF esté ya interviniendo, porque la actitud de la delegación es absolutamente arbitraria”, acusa Vázquez Gómez. Dijo que son alrededor de 40 las personas afectadas por esta medida.

Indicó asimismo que la mayoría de los afectados tenían más de 40 años de vivir en ese edificio, como su padre, actualmente enfermo e prácticamente incapacitado. “De hecho, yo he pasado aquí toda mi vida”, dice la mujer.

Es sabido que las autoridades actuan muchas veces sin plena conciencia de los hechos, este es uno de esos casos, cabe mencionar que La s autoridades de la Delaegacion aceptaron ya QUE HUBO MUCHISIMAS IRREGULARIDADES, Asi como los representantes de la SSP aceptaron que sol apoyarona a los servidores publicos delaegacionales por que estos lo pidieron, Es imperativo que NO DEJEN PASAR MAS tieo y que los dejen estar en sus hogares, que por mas de 40 años han tenido y que en una mañana sin previo aviso y con uso d eviolencia apesar de que en una evacuacin se LES DEVE INVTAR a los inquilinos a hacerlo y proporcionarls alberge momentaneo y restituirlos en un plan de vivienda. YA BASTA DEL ABUSO DE PODER!, Sr delegado esto ya se salio de control y usted es el unico que tiene la palabra para reinvindicar a estas personas, DEMUESTRE QUE ESTA USTED PARA AYUDAR A LA GENTE!, Yo presido una AC para ayudar a ala gente de forma altruista, no es mi TRABAJO y lo hago con gusto, demuestre que usted hara mas de lo que se espera.
