Inician reacomodos en el panismo de Benito Juárez, con vistas al proceso electoral de 2012

A medida que se aproxima el proceso electoral de 2012, inician los reacomodos en las filas del Partido Acción Nacional en la delegación Benito Juárez, su máximo bastión en la capital; así, mientras un nuevo dirigente, Luis Mendoza Acevedo, asume la presidencia del comité delegacional panista en BJ, el diputado local juarense Mauricio Tabe Echartea deja la secretaría general del PAN-DF para dedicarse de lleno a su tarea legislativa y Enrique Jiménez deja la coordinación del módulo de atención ciudadana del diputado Federico Manzo para hacerse cargo del de César Nava, diputado federal y exdirigente nacional.

Tabe Echartea renunció a su cargo en el comité directivo regional a fines de junio pasado, apenas a tiempo de dejar a salvo sus posible participación electoral en la contienda del año que entra, toda vez que los estatutos panistas establecen que los miembros de las dirigencias partidarias tienen que renunciar un año antes para poder participar en procesos electorales.

Enrique Jiménez, que tuvo una muy destacada actuación como encargado de las relaciones del diputado Manzo con los vecinos del distrito 17 local, pasa ahora a trabajar en la oficina juarense de César Nava, que hasta hace poco estuvo a cargo de Suad Toachi, la suplente del legislador por el distrito 15 federal. Jiménez anunció su cambio ante un grupo de vecinos durante el Miércoles Ciudadano de la DBJ celebrado esta semana. Ofreció seguir apoyando las demandas y necesidades vecinales, ahora desde una instancia en el nivel federal.

También en la estructura delegacional ha habido cambios. Rosalía Rangel, panista de trayectoria en BJ y ex colaboradora de Fadlala Akabani cuando éste ocupó la jefatura delegacional, es ahora la secretaria particular del actual delegado, Mario Alberto Palacios. Y Susana Ibarrola Carreón se hará cargo de la dirección de Comunicación Social de la DBJ, en sustitución de Rubén López Córdova.

Los comentarios acerca del mal trabajo y nula atención a los problemas de la Delegación no solo lo digo yo si no vecinos y amigos, los cuales han acudido por un bache, una poda, cambio de banqueta, cambio de un foco de la iluminación de la calle y no hemos sido atendidos, claro que si presenta una queja la mama de Luis Mendoza, la hermana de Rosalía Rangel, etc. etc. etc. familiares de ellos, pues claro que los atienden, pero a nosotros los ciudadanos comunes, pasan días, semanas y nos dejan esperando.
Y si algo que enorgullece a sus funcionarios, es en jamás estar en la delegación, llegar borrachos a trabajar y no atender jamás las solicitudes ciudadanas.
Vuelvo insistir todos los funcionarios de la Delegación no están para que los premien como al mediocre Luis Mendoza. Debemos recuperar a un panismo sin compadrazgos, sin recomendados, libre de votar y elegir a sus representantes, sin represalias, para que así podamos elegir a verdaderos líderes como dicen en otros comentarios, pero como pueden decir que Luis Mendoza es un líder cuando ni si quiera pueda dar un discurso su oratoria es nula, solo por estar al frente del Partido en BJ y decirle líder, no lo convierte en tal.
Bien sigamos diciendo que la gente mediocre son lideres natos, sigamos enalteciendo un trabajo que no existe, sigamos presumiendo algo que no realizamos pero la gente decidirá en 2012, por que en el pan los manejos sucios funcionaran y quedaran impunes, pero en las elecciones externas ya quiero ver si funcionan.

Pobres panistas, secuestrados por las malas obras de Jorge Romero y compañia... Como no criticar la mediocridad de Luis Mendoza siendo que los otros candidatos eran mas capaces. Que triste ver que personas como Rangel, Mendoza, Romero, etc es la vil lucha de tener poder por poder y ni siquiera brindar las soluciones que los habitantes de la delegación necesitan. Una pena.

BJ necesita a sus mejores ciudadanos.

De frente a los próximos tiempos, aplaudo los movimientos que se están dando en la Delegación Benito Juárez, ya que se están consolidando liderazgos reales como el caso de Luis Mendoza un líder autentico de la delegación, ya que lo convalida su trabajo con la comunidad juarense, así como la disponibilidad y experiencia de Rosalia Rangel y Mauricio Tabe que nos van a llevar a cerrar filas y superar retos sociales. Yo los invito a sumar capacidades, conocimientos y trabajo de conjunto que nos exige lo mejor de cada uno de nosotros, hay que dejar de lado las mezquindades y discriminaciones por niveles de estudio o aspectos físicos o capacidades económicas y no caer en el pueril discurso de las descalificaciones, México y en particular la Delegación Benito Juárez merece ser gobernada por sus mejores ciudadanos.

en honor a la verdad, a veces nos quejamos de que Benito Juárez no tiene buenos servicios, solo evalúen las delegaciones gobernadas por otros partidos, son de miedo, yo si quiero que el PAN siga gobernando ésta delegación y estoy segura que lo seguirán haciendo muy bien, respecto al asunto de los estudios, a veces es mucho más importante la experiencia y las ganas de construir, sin menospreciar la preparación.
La Lic. Rosalia Rangel ha demostrado su capacidad como servidora pública en tres administraciones.

Cnfianza en los Dirigentes de la Delgación Benito Juárez

Si hay algo que me enorgullece de la Delegacion Benito Juárez es la disposición e sus funcionarios incluyendo a los que recientemente han venido a formar parte de su estructura ya que siempre que he acudido a solicitar su apoyo me lo han brindado inconcionalmente como lo hacen con cualquiera de los habitantes de esta delegación.

Pobre BJ tan cerca del CEN y tan lejos de los ciudadanos

Qué triste ver como el PAN en BJ se comienza a destruir, con un nuevo dirigente Luis Mendoza Acevedo, asumiendo la presidencia del comité delegacional panista en BJ, el cual no cuenta con la preparación necesaria, sin educación, sin conocimientos, sin talentos, electo en una elección con un padrón inflado y que acudió a votar menos de la mitad de Panistas por lo tanto electo en una elección sin legitimidad ante la militancia Panista, con un grupo de trabajo formado por sus cuates y comprados como el caso de Rosalía Rangel la cual gracias a su voto y el de vari@s mas hoy en día esta como particular del Delegado, pero no gracias a su trabajo y aptitudes para estar en ese puesto, también debemos recordar que el nuevo dirigente del comité delegacional panista en BJ es emanado de la Delegación Benito Juárez lugar al cual no renuncio y esto ocasiona que sea servidor público y dirigente de medio tiempo sin comprometerse totalmente en la Delegación o con los Panistas siendo que hay mucha militancia con la preparación y educación necesaria para ese cargo además de poder disponer del tiempo para estar de tiempo completo en ese compromiso, otra de las cualidades que también todos recordamos del equipo de trabajo del Delegado de la BJ se destaca por estar más preocupados por las fiestas, el alcohol y las reuniones que por el trabajo con la ciudadanía y premiarlo con este nuevo cargo es un error gravísimo.
En el caso del Diputado Mauricio Tabe el si tiene estudios, lástima que su equipo sea el que deje mucho que desear, ellos si son un equipo de gente con estudios pero que aun les falta mucho por aprender a esos muchachitos. Mauricio Tabe está bien si busca un cargo como Delegado o Diputado Federal el único inconveniente que le veo es el grupo que tendría si es en la Delegación o en la Diputación Federal, porque si es en la Delegación se van a querer perpetuar todos los irresponsables que en este momento están trabajando ahí y el trabajo de la Delegación seguirá siendo nulo.
En el caso de Suad Toachi la suplente del Diputado Federal Cesar Nava es una lástima que se perdiera, una Panista tan trabajadora y tan luchona ante los vecinos, aunque el nombramiento de Enrique Jiménez me parece correcto y que quedo en buenas manos ya que el trabajo realizado con Federico Manzo fue muy bueno.
En 2012 veo un panorama nublado y muy difícil para el PAN en BJ, dado el pésimo trabajo realizado por la Delegación es muy probable que se pierda ya que nosotros los vecinos estamos hartos de todos los problemas a los que nos enfrentamos diario y que la Delegación no soluciona es mas acudes a la Delegación y es nula la atención…….
