Y cierto es que la nueva medida implementada por el jefe del gobierno capitalino, Marcelo Ebrad, es a todas luces impopular y deja muchas sospechas. La mayoría lo señala como un vil atraco: la tarjeta se antoja a innecesaria, inútil y pretenciosa tarjeta de circulación con chip, que cuenta con sepa cuantos candados de seguridad, mismos que podrán ser clonados en Santo Domingo, ahí muy cerca de la sede del gobierno central de la capital.

A la fecha, pese a los anuncios hechos a través de los medios masivos, en los cuales el gobierno capitalino advierte, más bien se amenaza a los automovilistas que les podrán ser retiradas las unidades para llevarlas al corralón y ser recuperadas sólo con el pago de infracciones atrasadas, los pagos de la tenencia, la verificación en orden, el pago del arrastre de la grúa ---otro negocio más para el ingreso de divisas con miras al 2012--, la infracción correspondiente, y lo que se acumule, lo cierto es que hay cerca de dos millones de personas que no han podido gestionar el trámite.

A la inconformidad generalizada se suma el hecho de que el trámite deberá hacerse cada tres años para poder actualizar el padrón vehicular. Bonita forma de esquilmarle más dinero a los capitalinos que ante la necesidad de tener un automóvil, por lo ineficiente e insuficiente del transporte público, se le suman más inconvenientes y cobros extraordinarios. No será raro, pues, ver como se multiplicarán los amparos ante este nuevo atraco. Los capitalinos ya estamos hartos de cobros excesivos e injustificados. Hartos de los secuestros temporales de nuestros autos por el arrastre de las grúas, que compiten entre sí por ver que unidad lleva más autos al corralón.

Y en esto de las grúas dos ejemplos: En la mayoría de los casos, muchos autos son llevados por estar estacionados en lo que imaginariamente es el cruce peatonal, sólo que las rayas que así lo deberían de indicar o están borradas por el paso del tiempo o simplemente no las hay por tantos parches que tiene el asfalto, producto de que abren y cierran continuamente, ya sea para introducir el gas natural, ya sea para colocar fibras ópticas o ya sea porque están buscando a sus progenitoras y no se acuerdan donde las enterraron. Tampoco colocan discos para señalar que es un lugar prohibido para estacionarse, claro eso sería lo mejor e implicaría menos gastos, lo que dicta el sentido común, pero se acabaría el negocio de las grúas concesionadas.

Otro caso, y me pregunto si alguna vez los funcionarios capitalinos han tenido la necesidad de llevar a algún paciente a la zona de hospitales, allá por el sur de Tlalpán, dónde no hay un solo estacionamiento público y la zona, por necesidad de los enfermos y sus acompañantes, está saturada de autos y lugares apropiados por los “viene, viene”. Seguro que no, llegan en autos oficiales, con choferes y no tienen que padecer por estacionarse. Les propongo que traten de llevar a un enfermito al INER o al INCAN en transporte público, sí es que para ellos esa es la solución, o en taxi con cobros arriba de los 150 pesos por viaje.

No carnal Marcelo, creo que has perdido la sensibilidad, y por ende, se te irán los votos. Eso siempre y cuando te deje pasar Andrés Manuel por el lado izquierdo, o la aplanadora del PRI por el centro. Lula, en Brasil, no atentó contra la clase trabajadora, ni trato de pulverizar a la clase media.
