Sin embargo, las religiosas expenden sus roscas en tres tamaños diferentes, consideradas entre las mejores y más auténticas de la ciudad de México, a través de una puerta lateral de su convento, sobre la calle de Ireneo Paz. La vendimia se lleva a cabo entre las 10:00 de la mañana y las 8:00 de la noche.

Durante todo el año, las monjas de Mixcoac, como se les conoce, elaboran y venden diversos productos de temporada, que son muy demandados. Así, además de la Rosca de Reyes de cada enero, es célebre su Pan de Muerto del mes de noviembre. También elaboran buñuelos en diciembre, chiles en nogada en agosto y septiembre y tamales, galletas y chiles en vinagre de manera permanente. Pues tengo que decir que desde pequeña comí las roscas de las monjas de mixcoac y en efecto ERAN DELICIOSAS, desgraciadamente a ellas también les entró el espíritu "ai se va" y tengo que decir que ya no las hacen como antes. Ayer precisamente en mi casa compramos la rosca mas grande y todos pero todos quedamos desilucionados, sin chiste, apelmazadas, insípidas, secas y bueno.... sin ofender pero parececían compradas afuera del metro insurgentes.
Ganas no me faltaban para ir y reclamarles pero a las 10 de la noche pos cómo.
